Gain a better understanding of changes in the appraisal profession that impact both buyers and sellers and put in place a plan to prevent delays in the mortgage process for consumers. Learn about valuations such as broker price opinions (BPOs). Agents will review Agency obligations and when communication with the appraiser is permitted. Appraisers will review how to stay in compliance with USPAP. Review “firestorms” appraisers and agents are both dealing with and how to prevent or solve them including ROV – Reconsideration of Value.
