YOU MUST COMPLETE ALL SIX MODULES in order to satisfy the NYS DOS requirement for "formal training in organizing and presenting instructional material"in order to become approved to teach real estate continuing education. Each Class Session must be registered for separately. Module 1: Read the Room Great instruction starts with understanding who is in the room. This module focuses on adult learners, learner motivation, trust, relevance, and the difference between knowing content and teaching it effectively. Participants will begin shaping their final mini-class by identifying their audience, clarifying learner needs, and defining what they want learners to take away. Zoom Zoom Shylah Addante Shylah Addante is the Director of Education at NYSAR. She has worked in education for a decade, and has a doctorate in Educational Leadership. She is also an author and screenwriter and has worked with Mainstay Productions on several shorts as well as the feature-length film The Christmas Dragon.
