She was a top producing sales agent, successfully managed 2 offices and was the Director of Education for a large NRT company on Long Island for many years. Currently, Linda holds NYS and North Carolina real estate broker’s licenses and is actively selling real estate. She owns Linda Damico Seminars a training and coaching business and is the trainer for a large, multi-office, independently owned company. Linda’s ability to teach “the meat and potatoe’s” of real estate and train from the position of what agents really need know to succeed, allow her to connect with the agents and management teams alike.
