YOU MUST COMPLETE ALL SIX MODULES in order to satisfy the NYS DOS requirement for "formal training in organizing and presenting instructional material"in order to become approved to teach real estate continuing education. Each Class Session must be registered for separately. Module 3: Hold the Room Strong instruction depends on presence, clarity, and confidence. This module focuses on voice, pacing, facilitation, questioning techniques, transitions, and how instructors establish credibility without losing authenticity. Participants will practice a portion of their mini-class and receive feedback on how they show up and lead the learning experience. Zoom Zoom Shylah Addante Shylah Addante is the Director of Education at NYSAR. She has worked in education for a decade, and has a doctorate in Educational Leadership. She is also an author and screenwriter and has worked with Mainstay Productions on several shorts as well as the feature-length film The Christmas Dragon.
