YOU MUST COMPLETE ALL SIX MODULES in order to satisfy the NYS DOS requirement for "formal training in organizing and presenting instructional material"in order to become approved to teach real estate continuing education. Each Class Session must be registered for separately. Module 2: Shape the Room Instructors do more than deliver information. They design learning experiences. This module focuses on lesson structure, learning outcomes, pacing, sequencing, and how to move learners from where they start to where they need to land. Participants will build the framework for their 15-minute mini-class and learn how to make instructional choices that work in both in-person and virtual classrooms. Zoom Zoom Shylah Addante Shylah Addante is the Director of Education at NYSAR. She has worked in education for a decade, and has a doctorate in Educational Leadership. She is also an author and screenwriter and has worked with Mainstay Productions on several shorts as well as the feature-length film The Christmas Dragon.
