Cummins, Don
Don M. Cummins, III is a graduate of the University at Stony Brook with a BA in Political Science and Human Development and graduated cum laude from the Benjamin N. Cardozo Yeshiva University School of Law where he was awarded the Alexander's Fellowship. Don clerked for a U.S. Attorney General and U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of New York. Don was inducted into the Order or the Coif, a national legal honors society. He then began working as an antitrust and complex commercial litigation attorney for a prestigious law firm in New York City. Don opened his own practice 1999 servicing clientele in Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess counties and specializing in real property and broker/agency law as well as trust and estate law. In 2009, he was named Putnam County Man of the Year by the County Putnam County Association of REALTORS (PCAR). He teaches licensing and real estate courses for numerous educational institutions including BOCES, PCAR and NYSAR. GRI courses: RI402
